Yoghurt Bowls - 3 Ways

I used to love a cooked breakfast on the weekends..

But since having long covid, I've been trying to eat well and eat foods that nourish my body. So now I enjoy a big yoghurt bowl full of goodness.

They are so simple and easy to make and packed with vitamins. The best part is, you can put whatever you have in the fridge in it.

1. The Fruity Bowl





Blueberry yoghurt, kiwi, banana, seeds, gluten free granola, blueberries, blackberries and pomegranate seeds.


2 - The Pink Bowl



Strawberry yoghurt, gluten free berry granola, banana, pomegranate seeds, strawberries & blueberries.


3 - The Stripy Bowl



Greek yoghurt, honey, walnuts, sunflower seeds, multigrain hoops, banana, blueberries & pomegranate seeds.
