I wanted to thank my husband for being really supportively lately..
As we love a good brunch I thought I would make him something special this weekend. I wanted to do a delicious brunch that didn't involve too much cooking as I'm still not recovered, so this was perfect.
We had:
- Cold meats (chorizo, salami & procuitto)
- Emmental cheese slices
- Fresh rosemary
- M&S gluten free bloomer slices
- Blackcurrent Conserve
- Soft boiled duck eggs
- M&S gluten free scotch pancakes
- Fresh orange juice
Yes that does sound like quite a lot of food! But there were plenty of leftovers.
This brunch would be perfect for friends as it is so quick and easy to put together.
