In Manchester we had gluten free treats from start to finish. We stayed in Hilton Deansgate which had fantastic views over the city and in the morning, we had breakfast in bed with gluten free toast.
We also visited Sweet Mandarin for dinner. It was fantastic to finally get to eat gluten free Chinese food and also meet Helen. The food was delicious and the restaurant was so friendly.
Manchester was followed by three days in perfect near-isolation in the Lake District. We hired The Lodge which was one of the post relaxing, peaceful and idyllic places I have ever stayed.

Our final destination was The Amberley Inn in the Cotswolds, a traditional old inn with... a gluten free menu. We had delicious starters and amazing gluten free fish and chips. Breakfast was equally as delicious too.
