Delicious & Gluten Free in Dublin

Dublin was the first trip I went on with my London girls...

It was a weekend filled with adventures, prosecco and tasty food. Always ones for a pretty pink restaurant the first meal we had was at Saba, a Thai restaurant and cocktail bar.

The food was delicious and they had GF marked menu. The restaurant had a great vibe to it an the staff were really friendly. The leaf wraps below were amazing.

We also had a meal at Bar Rua, a modern Irish Pub. They made me gluten free scampi and chips and, my god, it has to be the best I've ever had. So light and fresh. I'm pretty sure I checked that they cook it in a safe gluten free fryer, but don't quote me on it!

No trip to Dublin would be complete without a trip to The Guinness Storehouse. Of course I couldn't try any Guinness but it was interesting to see how it is made and the views from the Gravity Bar at the top were amazing.

They had one gluten free option at the bar, which was a Stella Cider. Not my usual tipple but it was nice to be able to have a drink while the girls had their free pint of Guinness.

We visited lots of the usual tourist attractions including Dublin Castle, Trinity College, Ha'penny Bridge and Temple Bar. My favourite was the Library at Trinity College (below), it was absolutely breathtaking.
