These bite sized snacks are perfect when you need a little energy boost...
They are super easy to make and don't require any baking. Just mix everything together and put in the fridge!
Recipe:
(Makes 25 - 30 depending on size of cup)
1 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 tbsp honey
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl then cover with cling film and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
After an hour, roll the mixture into bite sized balls. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge for snacking.
