Unfortunately my pictures for this post aren't so good; I wasn't planning to write it so they are just photos from my iPhone. But they are just so pretty I had to share!
This picnic is made up of:
Gluten Free Ciabatta Rolls
Brie (served with cucumber slices instead of crackers - naturally gluten free and so fresh).
Frittata Slices
Homemade chunky tomato salsa (recipe here)
Avocado (pack it whole, then slice it open, deseed and eat out of the skin with a spoon. Topped with the tomato salsa is delicious)
Individual rose lemonades
