Low Calorie Ice Cream with Free From Fellows (Paid Partnership)

#AD I have collaborated with Free From Fellows to create this tasty recipe. The perfect recipe for these sunny days we're having lately...

The ice cream itself isn’t overly sweet so I like to top it with Free From Fellows Vegan Mini Mallows to add a little sweetness. As well as being free from the top 14 allergens, Free From Fellows are 100% vegan too, making this recipe completely vegan if you use soy milk instead of skimmed!

(Makes 4 small portions) 2 bananas 1 level tbsp cocoa 2 tbsp soy milk 20g Free From Fellows Mini Vegan Mallows A few sugar-free Free From Fellows Gummy Bears Method:
1. Peel and slice the banana and freeze in a freezer bag overnight. 2. Remove the banana from the freezer and allow to soften for a few minutes. Place the frozen banana, milk and cocoa in a food processor and blend until completely combined. 3. Scrape the mixture into a freezer safe box and freeze for at least 2 hours. To serve, allow to soften for a few minutes then serve in a small bowl topped with Free From Fellows Mini Mallows and Gummy Bears.
