Soho is the place to be for nightlife with its risqué and vibrant vibes. But is it good for gluten free food?
The answer is yes! With so many restaurants there are plenty of choices. When I first wrote this post in 2022 there were a few more but I'm sad to say that they have now closed so I thought I'd update it in 2024.
Here are my favourites that I have tried so far:
Manzi's is an absolutely stunning seafood restaurant in Soho. While they don't have a dedicated gluten free menu, lots of the dishes can be gluten free - all you need to do is ask.
Ham Yard is a sophisticated hotel in the heart of Soho. It has a gorgeous courtyard for dining and the food was 10/10, they catered for GF really well and even brought over gluten free bread without me asking.
I went to Wingman's for an Instagram invite an it didn't disappoint! The portions were huge and the food was delicious with quite a few gluten free options. I had the BBQ wings with fries.
I hadn't ever tried dim sum until last week! It's not something you can easily find gluten free, but thanks to Ping Pong I have now tried it and it didn't disappoint. They have plenty of gluten free menu and are knowledgeable about coeliac.
