Los Mochis is amazing, its a 100% gluten free restaurant in Notting Hill...
I had heard good things about it so when I was invited down to try their menu and their breakfast collaboration with Libby's Bakery I was thrilled! If you haven't heard of Libby's before, its a 100% gluten free bakery in Notting Hill and they do the most delicious GF pastries.
It was so amazing being able to eat literally anything on the menu! While I do eat out a lot, its not often that I go to a 100% gluten free restaurant.
There was so much choice! The menu is incredible and a fusion of Mexican and Japanese, which are 2 of my favourite cuisines. They have a breakfast, brunch and an a la carte menu - I want to go back and try every dish. There are things on the menu that I have never been able to try, like Churros!
But, I could only eat one breakfast dish so this time I opted for the Churro Waffles and a Libby's Cinnamon Bun. It was a lovely hot day and the waffles came with ice cream, it was delicious and perfect.
My friend tried the Huveos Rancheros Bagel, but she couldn't eat the chia seeds on the bagel so they easily swapped out the bagel for plain bread.
While this was an invite, I really recommend Los Mochis, whether you are gluten free or not. Its a lovely little restaurant on cute street in Notting Hill. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. And if you get yourself down there on the weekends in September, you can try the Libby's pastries too!
Let me know if you've visited!
